Ole and Public image in the same set? What did Belgium ever do to Pearl Jam?
Those two stood out for me too. If you dropped those, this is a damn good set on paper.

i'm going to deluna, and i expect a festival set, but i also expect one or two lesser played songs for the fans who are going out of their way to catch the band this year in the states. this setlist would be a major disappointment. it should be elderly woman or daughter. fixer or ole. just breathe or unthought known. why go or do the ev. clear up some space for oceans, big wave, force of nature, and alone.

Apart from their first Belgian gig in Antwerp 06, which was pretty great, they have been mediocre at best the other 3 times. Doesn't help of course it's been 3 times at Rock Werchter festival. I'm about to leave for Arras. A place they really seemed to like last time. So hopefully a good set.

Eventhough this was a mediocre greatest hits set, a typical festival set that was meant to introduce them to new fans. And they succeeded in that after reading the reviews, the press is raving about this performance. I even have read a review that is was the best performance on werchter in years. So well done PJ

The past years US festivals usually do get a couple rarer songs mixed in with the usual standbys. Plus the Euro festival sets are typically a little shorter than the ones here. No doubt you'll get a hit friendly couple hours but you won't be completely disappointed either. That's my mindset going into Music Midtown.
