Someone needs to tell you a lot of pretty sexy girls (age 20-27) only go to see Pearl Jam because of Just Breathe these days over on our side of the Atlantic. I met the nicest girl last Saturday at Arras who was just in front of me and asked me to have a photograph taken with her and Eddie in the background during Just Breathe.
yeah, just breathe was really big not only in the states, but in the world...i see it as their new wishlist or betterman or something.
I won't speak for the rest of the world, but in America it went to #78....and it didn't have anywhere near the market saturation as Better Man, Daughter, or hell, even Black (nevermind Last Kiss)
im not only saying because of the number of times it was played or whatever...the song was really a hit in terms of how people who weren´t big fans of band approached to the record ...those girls wanting the band to play it, big crowds reacting to it when ed begans to play it...even willie nelson doing a fucking video !! that´s why its pretty big....

It's their most recent popular song, playing that and The Fixer is inevitable.

My niece who's 16 now, went to her first big festival, saw Pearl Jam and posted a video she filmed on Facebook. Just Breathe. She loves the song, loved the gig and wants to know all about the band.

You should make her a really hardcore compilation. First track: "Habit"
