I'll trade my three post-1998 shows for any three 1995-early 1998 shows, does that count?

i wouldn't. that release and the crowd during it is still one of my favorite show memories.

Yeah, I hit submit and immediately thought "but Release..."

I'd trade Philly 1-4, 2009 for Soldiers Field 95, Berlin 96, 9-11-98, and 9-16-98.

Sound.

This is fun!

Alright, take all of my Matt Cameron era shows, I'll have either of the Moore Theatre warm-up shows from February 1995, Barcelona 1996 and the famous third Melbourne show from 1998.

Yeah, that was wild. I remember that.

Probably should of done MSG2 instead of MSG1 in 2010.

Are we supposed to just do reasonable trades? Or can we do anything?
For reasonable trades I'd switch Jones Beach I for Jones Beach III.

If we can swap anything in history, I'll trade almost any show for one of these in a heartbeat:

10/22/90 Seattle
3/6/92 Rotterdam
6/8/92 Pinkpop
6/20/95 Red Rocks
9/11/98 MSGII

I thought it was just trade your show for a different show from the same tour.

BTW, I was at JB2 and wouldn't trade for either of those! :D

Going back through the 98 tour to see what I would switch one of my 98 shows for, they played some solid encores. And whatever happened to Trouble and Throw Your Arms Around Me?

Agreed. JB2 was my definitive live Pearl Jam experience.
Everything from the performance to the setlist to the venue to my 10C seats was just perfect.

I would trade Lolla '07 for the Vic show in a heartbeat. I was in town, but unable to get in for the show.

I've been to some pretty solid shows, but I would trade 5/27/06 in philly for the grand rapids shows.

Yeah I love Grand Rapids 06.
I would definitely trade my Seattle night 1 for Seattle night 2 from 2000. I'm sure everyone else would as well.

Was a bit disappointed with Sydney 2009-11-22 being cut short due to Eddie's cold, would swap in a heartbeat for the next show in Brisbane 2009-11-25 (criminally underrated boot - one of the very best in recent years).

I saw 3 1998 shows and they were great, but that Champaign 2003 show outshines most of the 1998 tour.

Exactly. I was at Chicago 1998, which was an amazing show, but Champaign 2003 was far better. I was in the first 10-15 rows for both, so it wasn't a matter of seat placement either.

Champaign 2003 outshines most shows from most tours. I don't know why you'd want to trade that for anything.

Make it one of the Australian shows with Jack Irons and I'll trade Champaign and any other show of your choosing. I had a blast at Champaign; I'm just going strictly off what I prefer musically here, as it's really the only way the exercise makes any sense.

I'd trade pretty much all the shows I've seen for a late 93/ early 94 show. And that includes a 98 Jack show and the Sheperds Bush gig in 2009.
