...might be the best shows of the tour and nobody has mentioned them. For shame.
Only because you beat me to this thread
When I was making Live On Three Legs I actually found Toronto and St Louis had the most appearances. The NA Leg I gets a lot of attention but these two Leg II shows are both chronically underrated (though spenno often gives joins me in giving props to the latter )

What Euro ones do you recommend? The ones I have are: Katowice 2, San Sebastian, Milan, and Verona.
I know these pretty much by heart:
Dublin-Glasgow-Manchester-Cardif is a great great run with the last one being my favourite. Ljubljana has always been a personal favourite. Hamburg, Stockholm, Oslo is pretty great as well.
Timeless Melody :
On the US part: I agree Saratoga, Albuquerque & Boise ("we will never not play Boise again") are up there with the best.

Man I can really appreciate revisiting these 2000 performances in comparison to the past few tours boots. There's a few face melting versions of Go kicking around too.
Pearl Jam shows: Champaign 4/23/2003 Chicago 6/18/2003 St. Louis 10/05/2004 Portland 7/20/2006 Gorge 7/22/2006 Ridgefield 9/26/2009 Philadelphia 10/31/2009

Milan is definitely one of my prized PJ boots.
From Cameronia and Spenno's recommendations a while back, I got Pittsburg. I absolutely love that show, and it just may be the best I've heard the band.
Also based on their recommendations, I downloaded Saratoga. Haven't listened to it yet, but looking forward to hear if it lives up to the good praise (Pittsburg exceeded my expectations).

I love Lubbock, d_v. It's one of my most played 2000 shows. A great example of a fairly standard setlist (bar "Everyday") being lifted to great heights by being tight, kinetic, and well-rehearsed. The versions of "Black" and "Porch" on there are among my very favorites.

So...any love for Lubbock?
Lubbock is very good but it's not crazy off the hook like Pittsburgh, Saratoga or Chicago which rank among their best-ever shows IMO. There is an over-abundance of very good shows on the 2000 tour. It's not easy to sort through like recent tours where the best shows are more obvious.

I think it's testament to how awesome the 2000 shows were that I don't think Saratoga, Milan or Atlanta are very good - or, more accurately (and kindly), not the shows I find myself reaching for.
For me, I always hit the inland empire shows. Fresno, San bernardino and marysvillle are some killer shows and set lists
Just out of curiosity: what does "inland empire" mean?
The term "Inland Empire" is most commonly used in reference to the U.S. Census Bureau's federally defined Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario metropolitan area, which covers more than 27,000 square miles.

I think it's the setlist. Just doesn't shiver me timbers.
It doesn't look good on paper, which is why it was one of the last 2000 boots that I bought, but it's a fierce performance (even for 2000) and the sound quality is about as perfect as it gets.

Oh, for sure. As far as performance and sound quality, I'm with you 100%. I think it's just the flow of song selections in the main set, there's just other shows I find myself coming back to a lot more often - like St Louis, West Palm Beach 1, etc.
Put Virginia Beach and Fresno on the iPod today, I'll get around to revisiting those next time I feel like some Pearl Jam.
