I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Seattle, 7/22/98. I remember not being a huge fan of that one back in the day, but the Soundboard Remaster is a good listen.
I also agree with chud. 9/16/98 is hands down the best boot from 1998. I love MSG 2, but I always find myself returning to the Great Woods show. Maybe a vault release of 9/11/98 will change my mind.

Agreed. And i forgot about Melbourne 2. That was the first boot I ever heard Ed cover Trouble. Mid set and fantastic. Darth Vader would say, Impressive!
when strat gets here, i'm sure he'll recommend minneapolis. it was an awesome show. all those yesterdays and the crowd's reaction alone makes it worth it. holds a special place in my heart because i held up a sign for mankind, eddie mentioned it, said, "this one's for you, fucker," and they played it. still love that song.

I often return to the intimate, short set show at the Crocodile Cafe. 10/10/98. Great versions of Immortality, All Those Yesterdays, and Soldier of Love.
