Pearl Jam Lollapalooza Grant Park, Chicago, IL August 5, 2007 *Full show patched version*
When this classic show was officially released by Livedownloads and iTunes in 2007 (rather than by Pearl Jam themselves) many were disappointed that Ed's introduction of Iraq War veteran Tomas Young and subsequent performance of 'No More' with Ben Harper were not included. This performance of 'No More' was later released on the soundtrack for the documentary 'Body of War', so it is surprising that 5 years on no one has attempted to patch together a complete version of this show (at least as far I as know).
I took the opportunity to re-track the show to make it consistent with official Pearl Jam bootlegs (e.g. Encore Breaks and Improv on separate tracks) and created some artwork based on the iTunes cover art. Artwork is provided for both jewel case and 'Kufala' style chipboard covers. The latter looks great on the shelf next to the other officially released bootlegs (see below).
Sorry to waffle on about this without posting download links, but as this show is still available for purchase on iTunes, no public links can be posted.
Main source: Official FLAC from livedownloads.com (no longer available for purchase).
Patch sources: 'No More' from 'Body of War: Songs that Inspired an Iraq War Veteran' > FLAC 'Encore Break 2' from audience source: B&K 4021s (Hat) > EAA-PSP2 > Sound Devices 722t (24/96) 20' back from first relay stack on left.

awesome. thanks. looks like i'll be logging in to that recipe site.
the crowd sang alive pretty much the entirety of the first encore break; was any of that added from the aud source? doesn't look like it but just wanted to ask.
I patched it but was never satisfied. I did not include the audience, just trying to patch No More into it place. The mastering of the livedownloads FLAC and No More from the CD was (is) very different. Much more limiting I believe (I'm still a ham and egger and go by my ears). Anyway, I wanted to master the whole show to the same mastering to make it sound the same.

Unfortunately the recipe was rejected due to the AUD ingredient I might make another version without it and try again...

I had a listen back to the AUD source and it seems that the entire singalong was already included in the livedownloads version, so it's in there

Yeah, No More is terribly mastered and brickwalled to buggery. I didn't mess with it too much, just matched the volume and blended the transitions so it doesn't sound noticeable to the naked ear

Great. I'm not a waffle eater, but hopefully when you get it served somewhere I'll be able to check it out. All your work so far has been nice.
