Most recipes call for jalapenos, but my local farmers market was out of them. I used Serrano peppers wrapped in entire strip of bacon. These are so damn good. Just wrap them up and put them on the grill.

It's good, Fortuna. I'm hooked on these now. The asparagus and proscuitto sounds delicious too. MMmmm..going to have to try that.

i still stand by my theory that any type of food can be made better by adding either bacon or cinnamon...

i've yet to be proven wrong.
