you know the big giant roast beef meat station at weddings and events. Yeah, one of those hot out of the oven with plenty of au jus and some rice and butter beans.

Tell me more. I went to a great one in Guyana of all places in July.
basically, you can get good chinese anywhere. i ordered an egg roll as a starter and it was the size of one of those giant burritos.

I'd only had American chinese before, but my friend that has actually been to China said this place in Guyana was really similar to what he had in China.
