how the fuck do you ger 40g a day? i am probably getting 20-25 tops. ordered some more supplements. the gummy fiber bears are awesome but only give you 5g a day. |

I don't eat anything that isn't whole wheat, and I eat a salad a day at least. High fiber is cakewalk, and really most of it tastes better anyway. Why anybody would want to eat otherwise, I don't really know. Mission whole wheat tortillas have 26 grams of fiber in each one. |
