I kid you not, if you can get quite a few walleye cheeks from your fish guy, as I assume spike can, you need nothing more than to have a great breakfast for dinner...fry up some eggs, preferably sunny side up and quickly cook the cheeks the same way you would a scallop...it never fails...it goes well with gamey meats as well such as a lamb chops |
