i pulled a costanza for lunch... i got to dunkin donuts around 7 am and requested a cinnamon roll which they gave me a "coffee roll" instead saying it was the same thing, and then the only chocolate cake donuts they had were double chocolate (chocolate cake and chocolate icing)... so i got that and a coffee next door at starbucks and then headed up to my office... the "coffee roll" was just a glorified glazed donut, which disappointed, so i threw it away, ate half of the chocolate chocolate donut and threw it away cause it was too rich... but i haven't left my office and i've been working steadily and about an hour or so ago, i started getting hungry but knew i would be leaving around 3:30ish and going to grab food would waste more than 30 minutes, so i dug through my garbage (fortunately only papers and narrow Propel packets were in there) and ate what remained of each  :(

fortunately, i have dinner at a great chicago italian place, so it makes up for it...

I eat the same thing for lunch M-F.
Out of my 5-6 meals a day, the only one that varies is my 6 PM.
For 12 PM aka lunch:
A quarter pound of turkey (some variety there by week, Cajun, Mesquite)
Two pieces whole grain bread (suppose some variety here too by week, different breads help but never white)
4-6 slices Swiss cheese (depends on slice size)

That's about it, I'm gonna work a veggie in there at some point. But it's a lot easier to just eat a sandwich when you can't sit down.

i bought about a half dozen of these health choice vegetarian soups that'll, i suppose, become my new lunch instead of sandwiches.

You know you could just eat sandwiches that don't have meat on them.
