Food trucks have apparently been blowing up. The Raleigh-Durham area has a ton.
My favorites are OnlyBurger (I had a bleu cheese bacon burger with red onion chutney), and the generically named taco trucks in Carrboro where I have tongue or tripe tacos.
Next I'm going to try a Bulkogi Korean taco.
Do they have trucks where you're from? what's good?

Seeing the street food and the gas station food next to each other just made me think that the two are too closely related to get their own threads. They're different, but not drastically so.
