LOVE eggplant, but I'm a little bit allergic, especially if it's a more acidic one. My tongue gets all tingily, and then sometimes I get a sore throat the next day. But I still eat it.

I don't eat shit. Will I still enjoy this "moolinyan?"
mulignan is how some Italians spell/pronounce eggplant. it is also their word for ni**er, so dont go around saying that out loud
I never heard it called that way. It sounds like is derived from "melanzana" the actual word that derives from "mela insana" which means unhealthy apple. They used the italian n word (n*gro) until the 80's though.
Back to the food. I like the parmigiana with eggplants otherwise I'm not a huge fan either.

mulignan is the Scicilian dialect form of melenzana. its not used too much that I know except in real old Italian families, and it was popular for a while recently cause the sporanose kept using the word, so of course all the wanna be guidos picked right up on it
