yes you get a pass

usually i just grill peppers and onions along with the brats...less is more when consuming banger-type meats

thodoks, the kalua pork will be one of many things made on Super Bowl sunday. Yes, brats are on the menu, as well as a variety of hors d' oeuvres

yes you get a pass

i hope you simmer your bratwurst in dark beer and garlic before it even hits the grill, friend.

also, if i don't make brats for the super bowl, going to franks n dawgs for the "mystery corndog" is still in play for lunchtime.

If you end up liking this recipe, Spike, I recommend next time trying it with cabbage. If you like cooked cabbage it definitely goes well with the pork.
