I can too. I'm never using bottled herbs again. Oh, and I decided to shred the carrots instead of cutting them into bite sized pieces. I did it primarily to save space, but if I'm being honest myself, I don't really like chunky carrots anyway.

To be honest, I'm not sure it made a difference. There's a lot going on here. I liked this soup so much that I've had another batch going all afternoon. Should be ready around midnight, then it's going in mason jars.

we appreciate that but we have plenty of mason jars..the mrs. lands at LAX in 1 hour..i've started happy hour at home by myself
