i dropped a turkey in boiling oil about 35 minutes ago. you should smell it :li:

did you inject it with anything .5?

i injected it with .5

Did you use peanut oil?

i lathered it in boiling peanut oil
i rubbed it with dry spices
i injected it with mesquite marinade until it was squirting out of the holes. this bird is COOKED

see, was that so hard, I asked a SIMPLE question. Mesquite marinade? Mesquite's just a tree. That doesn't sound very good at all. Its a very thorny tree as well.
Please be careful.

whoa pard. this stuff smells good. i was told to inject it so i did. it was a liquid JS- there were no thorns. just savory mesquite marinade

well, it sounds just SAVORY. God bless you and yours, and may the spirit of thanksgiving permeate the flesh of your boiling turkey.
Man, this is giving me a food boner.

No, it's the gayest Thanksgiving.

Negative. Seriously what's in it besides green beans?

We have turkey, mashed topatoes, corn, regular string beans, stuffing, carrots, squash, cran sauce. But never any casserole items.

I think it's just green beans, cream of mushroom soup, with little dried onions on top.

Depends on how you make it. I always have it w/ green beans, cream of mushroom soup and those french fried onion things on top . You don't use regular green beans either, you use those narrow thin beans.

I think it's more of a southern thing, so maybe that's why you've never had it.

I've never had it with the thin or 'french cut' green beans, but the recipes I've used always called for frozen green beans, and not canned.
