i'll drink tea sometimes, but I'm a coffee guy in the morning. However, coffee always leaves my stomache a little upset. Tea won't do that if you drink it regularly, right?

I've found really strong teas to be harsher on my stomach than any coffee I've ever had.

Me too. I had a really strong one on an empty stomach a few years back, and puked it up.

Back to now...Just had a cup of Lipton Green Tea with Blueberry and Acai.

yeah tea can be pretty strong. But you just gotta have a mild one in the morning or on an empty stomach.
