1% for general drinking purposes

but skim is decent in cereal or coffee

I recently made the switch from 1% to skim, and I can't really tell the difference.

Milk straight from a cow is 3.2% fat...

2% isn't much of a difference. Skim is the way to go.

Actually, it should be called "skimmed milk".

skim. though sometimes my girlfriend has the elusive 1/2%.
