i'm going to say it. i never use this stuff, if you use this to make your food spicy, its not half as good as special ordering your dish with extra spiciness. you can get it much spicier that way too. that way you get a bigger kick and your food doesn't taste like sauce.

I use it along with hoisin whenever I get big ass bowls of Vietnamese noodles. I also use the same combo to marinate tofu and it's perfect for that.

That shirt is gay B.

Trust me, I have eaten a fucking whole lot of hot sauces but sriracha is the king of 'em all. There's a cambodian sandwich place near my office and every sandwich of theirs (which is already delicious) tastes 100 times better with a few drops of sriracha. In fact, that's where I am going to head now for lunch :heartbeat:

i like this sauce. it's nothing extraordinary compared to other hot sauces but it's pretty versatile and it's not that spicy. the best use i found for this is on daily fresh cheddar cheese. perfect when you get the munchies.

Pretty much any kind of hot sauce is delicious on eggs.

This is exactly right. It's not too spicy, it tastes really good and you can put it on a lot of different stuff. I'm a fan.
