The key to my delicious pork chops is to cook them in apple cider.

I'm contributing a boiled hard cider for a potluck this week, but I'm not sure about the recipe. This much is certain...I'll be using Trader Joe's spiced cider. I've established that I can't get good, natural, local cider around here, and TJ's is the best cider I've tasted in Houston.

Also, I enjoy dropping thinly sliced honeycrisps into the boil, then plating them afterwards. People always seem to love that. At least, the drunks I spent a weekend in New Hampshire with sure did.

So, give me recipes (please?)

I drink my cider cold and unadulterated.

I've got two mason jars full of boiled down cider cooling in my fridge, just begging to mingle with some bourbon and a twist.
