I was at the grocery store the other day and overheard this young woman say, " My body is used to eating chocolate everyday...."

I turned to my mother and laughed.

Ritter "Sport" Chocolate... I was so excited when they finally started to sell them here in the US. mmmm Marzipan...

speaking of which...how about Nutella! Hazelnut/Chocolately goodness! OMG spoonful of that out of the jar would cure a chocolate craving!

I made my mom this wicked Chocolate Cake for her birthday and one for the fire department across the street. Sinful things!!!

I also made one with a can of pumpkin and a boxed mix...its much healthier! Hey... Im friggen bored nothing better to do but bake!

I got some high quality 70% chocolate the other day (I'm usually a milk chocolate person) and really liked it. Is 80% a big difference or is it still pretty manageable?
