Would you consider adding brie to this recipe?

I dated a foodie girl who would bake me apples in bourbon. Kinda miss her sometimes.

I wish bourbon apples grew on trees.

Absofuckinlutly! Brie and apples go well together.
Apples are a lot more versatile then people give them credit for. Apple salsa kicks some serious anus.

Regular salsa can do a number on an anus. I don't wanna THINK about what apple salsa can do.

I've never given much thought to the apple and all it has to offer. I like them well enough. I think with the free time I have left tonight, I'll spend of bit of time on wikipedia exploring the varieties and what my favorite might be based on what's written.

So you're saying you've read and ranked several apple blogs?

Yeah, too much work for an apple. I'll just continue to enjoy whatever the wife picks up.

I'm going to New England in two weeks and the thing I'm most looking forward to is tasting the local maloideae.

It's possible. I'm flying to Logan and renting a car in order to drive to Gorham, New Hamshire for my future bro-in-law's bachelor party.

This is a great resource for apple exploration in New England. You have to zoom out on the map. Enjoy!

Hope you get to make this drive during the day. I've spent a lot of time in the White Mountains and they're awesome. You're in for a cool ride. If you're not too pressed for time, I recommend the kancamagus highway and bear notch road as great scenic choices for your path to Gorham.

Reid, Justin is right.
