Spike and his wife will appreciate that this is a telecommute cook position.

i can walk you through this recipe, knee tunes. it's easy.

brush on both sides w/ olive oil a couple tilapia or cod fillets and season on both sides w/ a mixture of about 1 TSP of cumin, 1/8 TSP cayenne, and 1/4 TSP sea salt. place the fillets on a baking sheet and put into a preheated oven at 425 for 9-11 minutes. during this time, make guacamole using whatever you like in it, and warm some tortillas. take the fish out, place in a bowl and toss with 1 TBSP of lime juice, breaking the fish into pieces. slap some guac on the tortillas, load them with fish, and go to town.

that one's free. :)

I knew you'd have something to say about the tilapia inclusion.

I kid you not, if you can get quite a few walleye cheeks from your fish guy, as I assume spike can, you need nothing more than to have a great breakfast for dinner...fry up some eggs, preferably sunny side up and quickly cook the cheeks the same way you would a scallop...it never fails...it goes well with gamey meats as well such as a lamb chops

it's not as good as coastal fare (believe me, my australian wife reminds me often), but it's still pretty good if you go to the right places.
