Thodoks, I take it by your participation in this thread you are now gainfully employed at a white collar level?

well, like i mentioned, i added more seasonings like chili powder. i used fresh jalapenos and cut them for quick acting flavor and heat, but it wasn't cutting it. maybe they were shit peppers.

i also ended up adding some cream cheese. it wasn't creamy enough for my liking, but maybe the sour cream added later shores that up. i don't know.

yeah, if you're making a quick chili the best thing to do is dice the peppers, as sliced peppers won't really add much spice in such a short amount of time

so cream cheese instead of a roux, huh? but you're not a fatty?

heh. i was forced to add the cream cheese towards the end, after an additional splash of milk didn't resolve consistency issues.

it's possible i neglected to drain the beans fully, resulting in a less than desirable chili base.

this seems like the kind of issue that's best resolved by making this chili together

I do enjoy mixing the Newman's Own Black Bean and Corn Salsa with egg whites in a scrambled egg format.

Excellent breakfast.

Being lazy and not wanting to construct salsa, the above is the tits as an ingredient or for just eating with chips.

That's appears to be a link to a pornographic website. No thank you, sir.
