I've seen them.

what if we were to all chip in and get you one for christmas

That would be a kind, but unnecessary gesture.

what i'm getting at is under what set of circumstances would you see yourself utilizing such an apparatus

Look. I don't know what a wok is. It sounds asian so I posted the only thing I know about asian culture.

now i'm picturing clint eastwood singing a sentimental song about a wok over end credits.

I had a lot of success with a stir-fry this evening. Carrots, green beans, thai peppers, green onions, and kale stirred with chicken coated with sesame oil. While that went wild, I added a bit of cumin, coriander, soy sauce, and samal. Right at the very end, I added a bit of water to break up the seasonings just a tad, and the consistency turned out perfect.

Last night, I tried something very similar, but royally screwed it up. After consulting with a lower caser on the matter, I was able to regroup. I'm very grateful for that.

Tonight, I dined like a salary man.

amazingly, possibly the best thing she's ever made. it was quite easy actually, just needed attention to ensure the skin was crispy but not burnt. here's the recipe/procedure she followed:

the glaze is fantastic.

She fried up potatoes, carrots, and onion in the fat. So good.
