Old chocolate at which has taken place working life, starts to have a touch white. Many confirm, what exactly it and is the present chocolate. Others say on the contrary that it delayed.

It means it got cold and then warm again. That causes condensation that evaporates and leaves lil sugar or fat crystals behind on the surface of the chocolate. It won't hurt you if you eat it.
