Hi Mayor. Sorry you haven't found this to be true. I suppose there are some people that will never be happy no matter what goes on.
Other factors like money, and secure relationships can't be discounted.

A healthy diet certainly helps put me in a good mood, though. Even a small bowl of pistachio gelato has it's place in a healthy diet.

dunno about happy food = happy life.

i do know that happy food = good mood. If i dont eat well and regularly throughout the day i get grumpy as fuck.
