I had Five Guys yesterday after a game of disc golf. Now, I always opt for A1 sauce over bbq. Not just because I prefer the zest of the A1 to the sweetness of the bbq sauce, but they always overdo it with the bbq and put just the right amount of A1. But this time they really skimped on the A1 sauce to the point where I could barely tell it was there.

I think part of the problem was they only had Three Guys in the store.

Yeah they always barely put enough A1 on for me so I just ask for extra and it comes out perfect. I went on Saturday. Ran into a girl in my first hour. So I had to go talk to her parents for a few minutes. :?

Ran into a girl in your first hour?

He's a teacher.. Some would call it first period.
But that would be more of McP story.

They have free toppings and everything, but I've had much better burgers. The buns aren't that great and overall it's good, but they just don't impress me that much. Wildly overpriced as well. The fries are good though.

just read through the last couple of pages...and I definitely agree with you here. My brother was raving about this place last summer so I went with him. Nothing special really. If I'm in the area I will probably stop by again, but I'm not driving across town just to go there.

About 1/4 mile from my house a Joe's Burger and Fries Shack just opened up. Yanno that feeling when you're in a small new place and you can just feel the hope and expectations and loans and life savings of its owners in the air? And even worse when you become convinced they don't have a chance, but you're rooting for them anyway? Needless to say I gave them my patronage Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

The place is a spitting image of Five Guys, sub canola for peanut oil, plus a little more variety like milkshakes, etc. Good burger. I hope they make it. I'm not too optimistic though.

i fail to see the connection between chud peeing in a cup on a boat in scotland and you not tasting mushrooms
