Why are these called "salads" anyway? Anyway, I love me some Egg Salad. I make it all the time, but there was a place in Colorado Springs called S.S. Subs that made a mean egg salad sandwich.

i can only eat tuna salad if i make it. if not, chicken salad is the only one for me. potato salad is horrible, at best and macaroni salad is tolerable

Not usually a fan, but my brother works for a lunch spot that has really good chicken salad, so I'm sort of becoming a convert to that.

I've never even heard of eggs in a potato salad.

I'm pretty sure all potato salads have mayo in it, guys. Even the mustard one.

My favorite is chicken salad sandwich.

Guys, I think Shawna is right. Most of those "mustard" potato salads still have mayo in them.
