So I got down to the boat and he has 1 pounder and 1.25 pounders available. I order two 1.25 pounders and it came to just over 17 bucks, and he rounded down to 17. I handed him a 20 and then he realized he was all out of singles to give me change. So instead he threw in a 1 pound lobster to make up for it.

So I'll cook up the two smallest ones I have tonight, and save the biggest of the three for tomorrow.

Before I put them in the pot of boiling water, I always look them in the eye and tell them how delicious they are going to be in about 11 minutes.
