Every friday (and saturday) they sell lobsters straight off the boat at the dock near my house. That means just about every friday I eat two lobster for dinner. Lobsters for dinner, jerky for snacks, I am living the good life.

boil for 10 minutes for the first pound, 3 minutes for every additional pound. But if you're cooking two 1.5 pound lobsters in one pot at the same time, you still only cook for about 11.5 minutes.

Can't do much else when you live in Chicago. You have to rely on a restaurant or frozen. They're actually really good. http://www.stockyards.com/category.aspx?categoryID=541

I also wouldn't feel right just eating the tail. Sure, the tail is the best part, but I want to eat that after I've properly taken apart and eaten the rest of it.

If you would've started this thread an hour and a half ago, I could've ordered from that site and enjoyed fresh lobster tomorrow. Alas, I missed the 2:30 p.m. EST deadline.
