I use plain yogurt + fruit + ice and then a little juice to thin it out.

Goes good with rum too.

Sounds good.

I had a peach something or other at Keva juice that was great. Very filling.

This thread might have been my first attempt at posting about my personal life. I hope people didn't think that I was joking here.

Well this was posted in the thread I linked, but it is currently in GD and god only knows when it will be moved to this forum. Try this recipe. It's great.

1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 clementine orange
2/3 cup frozen peaches
4 oz. vanilla yogurt

Careful with the clementines though, they get very pulpy in the blender. i like pulp, but you may not. The carrot juice just gives it a very healthy tasting veggie kick. This is a great smoothie

That sounds delicious Reid. I think I remember that thread about your personal life. I may or may not get back to review it, because the weekend draws nigh.
