There are some fantastic asian hot sauces... Id have to agree with you on that. Not as vingary as the Mexican ones.

Charlie, are you interested in a rendezvous at some neutral location for a bottle of this. I have a few items in my fridge that I'd be willing to trade.

El Yucateco's Mayan recipe is one of the hottest sauce i had and it's also pretty good. Pain is Good is also a nice brand. their garlicky sauce was pretty pleasant
also i love a good chipotle sauce, any recommendation?
and as for standard hot sauce, this is my favorite:

What's that stuff like, Chris?
It's not super spicy, so not overbearing, but the pepper flavor is outstanding. I think Charlie brought it back from Panama. I hate to ask him for more, but I'm running out. There is a hot sauce store here at the beach, I might check them out to see if they've ever even heard of it.
make it last two more weeks ok?
I can do this. Thanks pal!

Tried this at work yesterday. Supposedly it's in the 80,000 range. One drop had me sweating just a little bit but it wasn't too bad overall. Would like to try the Double Insanity that's 120,000+

The green stuff (basically habanero pulp, right?) is the shit. It tastes so good. Only problem is my brother really likes it too, so I have to hide it when he's around.
