What are the other bbq producing states that one must visit? NC, TX, TN, KS?

carolina's for vinegar based...mmmm texas (my personal favorite) for dry rubbed..

I was just going to go there. How much mayo do you like on your coleslaw?

those are always good options, but not a big fan of slaw as a side...prefer it as a topping

It's big and cheesy like doks said. But they have the best baked beans I've ever tasted. They bake them under the the meat, so all that gooey awesome fat just drips down into the vat of beany awesomeness.
