hmm, it certainly could be. kc is the crossroads of all bbq, so while a mustard based sauce exists there, it could certainly have originated elsewhere. |

Oh, I'm with you by the way re: Carolina being your favorite. The "low country" stuff (eastern NC / SC) is my favorite too. Damn, now I want some and there aren't really any places around these parts that have it. |
