1 banana 1 scoop of lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 fist sized amount of frozen fruit like strawberries or whatever you want that protein powder if thats your thing a little bit of water
and you blend the shit out of it. thats it. theres two settings. fast and even faster. i usually add some ice, like 2 or 3 cubes at this point. why do i do it after blending all the other stuff and not right away. i dont know, it just works better that way.
once you do it a few times, youll have gotten the hang of it and youll be producing smoothies like nobodys business. youll think to yourself, why did i ever pay like 5 bucks at some douchey stand for this? then you remind yourself that its awesome. anyway, enjoy as i have enjoyed.
