There's this place called Kome here that's quickly become one of my favorites. They serve sushi but they also have traditional Japanese food that you might find in a pub or or other casual environment that is incredible. So far I've tried: Yaki-Onigiri (grilled rice balls) Takoyaki (octopus dumplings) Sunomono (cold salad with shrimp, ocotopus and seaweed) Ika-Yaki (whole grilled squid with grated ginger) Shio-Saba (grilled mackerel) Really good stuff. |

It is. Those octopus balls are topped with bonito flakes and when they first bring them out the steam makes them flutter, it looks awesome. |
