Mashed sweet potatoes with Kahlua and chopped pecans are a worthy substitute for the standard mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving.

The last sweet potato fries I had were sprinkled with salt and brown sugar. Fuck yes.

I've never had sweet potato fries that had brown sugar on them. Didn't that make them too sweet?

I keep trying to like them. I order them, but after a few the taste starts to gross me out.

Sweet potatoes are meant to be baked in the oven, or wrapped up in foil on the grill, then eaten with lots of tasty tasty butter.
