What are some good recipies for meatballs? Chicken, turkey, TVP, beef, pork?

I eat most meat the same: With Worcestershire sauce and A1. But ground meat is good w/ a little ketchup too.

I don't so much like meat as much as meat condiments.

Hmm. I have never tried cubed pork, but to be honest I am too happy tasting the blissfulness of pork roast, chops, etc

ive got a big bag of meatballs in the freezer to experiment with. made a mustard sauce the other night. ½ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup mustard ¼ cup water. wanted to make swedish meatballs but i didn't have any sour cream and didnt feel like playing shopping cart derby with the crazy women at the supermarket.

that sounds interesting a big bag of balls...

I do that glaze on ham...but instead of water a fruit based juice

I would have done a "barbequy" one personally anykind of tomato base with the brown sugar and a tablespoon or so of mustard
