Just found a contact for Brandt and got such an odd response:

That being said, she really had no idea. She said she will talk to her boss and get back to me. I just want my money back at this point. The only reason I didn't see the "packed on date" is she put it in a shopping bag and sealed it it for me so I had no idea.
cryovaccum sounds like its really cold and the air is taken out of it. That pretty much takes care of anything than can hurt you unless it was sealed with some disease inside of it.

You realise that good steak is usually aged for up to six weeks though, right?
Yes, but its aged in a freezer not a fridge. I looked into this
This has not been aged in a freezer since May 25, but has been in a cold "cooler".
It should last up to six weeks if it's kept 'cool'.
Basically I'm saying 'eat it, you pussy'. You're going to cook it anyway, right? If there is anything wrong with it, you'll know once you open it and start grilling.
Well now that the CEO told me to eat it - I'm gonna eat it!
There is a reason God gave you a giant Jew nose. Use it.
I just figure I have enough ass problems I don't have to add food poisoning to the list if it could be avoided.
But I'll be cooking the streak in an hour so I'll be sure to report back!
