I mostly have 'tea' which is a meal made for children and men that have had a hard day's work down the mines. If I'm feeling particularly posh, I have dinner between 7-10 O'Clock. A five O'Clock meal and an eight O'Clock meal are two different things to me.

We always ate at 6 when I was a kid. Now that I have 2 kids and my wife and I both work, after we get the kids fed, bathed, and to bed, we're lucky if we eat by 8:30. Not so great for burning calories.

Other than breakfast, meals are eaten slightly later in the day here in Argentina.
Lunch at around 2pm. Dinner at 10-10:30.
That's not healthy, is it?
Depends when he/she goes to bed, really. And whether he is/she is snacking in-between lunch and dinner so dinner is not an extravaganza.
