Apple with skin is good. Pear with skin is better. Even a banana is decent.
Almonds are good, black beans, Lima beans, etc.
All I'm saying is, with a little effort 25-30g is easy.

ugh, when did we get old? this is ridiculous. in the last year i've somehow started balding (even though i have a full rug of a hair) and i got put on a fiber diet. i mean WTF. im 32!
