Sort of off topic but what the hell: I've always been a one shit a day kind of guy, but the last few days it's been at least two a day. My diet hasn't changed so what gives? |

i've had real problems since the 'roids. or are the problems giving me the 'roids? thats why they have me on the high fiber diet. man i wish i was young again. |

This happened to me last week, Matt. What's more, if you look at my google history, you'll find a search for "small white balls in feces". Turned out it was just friend okra, and I'm doing just fine now. Hope yours turns out okay. |

They have Activia plus Fiber that tastes pretty good (get the strawberry flavor) and Raisin Bran isn't too bad. Those two things, plus your fiber gummy bears should get you a decent amount. |

Eat a salad for two meals every day for about 5 days. It hurts at first but then you become regular. |
