Consider this the Lazy bachelor's answer to the Salary/Recipe thread.

Pizza immediately comes to mind, along with pasta dishes. I've enjoyed many a box of lo mein cold from a fridge and I am currently finding that a cold serving of pork enchiladas can hit the spot on a sort of hungover Sunday afternoon. Do you guys agree/disagree? What can you add here?

Anything tastes good when hungover, besides booze of course.

Agree with enchiladas. And lots of things with tomato sauce are really good the next day.

I think most food is better this way.

The real question should be what DOESN'T taste great when served cold the next day?

Anything with fat that congeals, and all fried food is awful cold.
