Until Rebar's description, I had no idea what you guys were talking about. In Argentina we call this a "Milanesa". It's super popular. We have entire restaurants dedicated to it. I once ate one topped with caramelized bacon and a fried egg.

You know what? It doesn't hurt, Lenny. Friggin terrible cut of meat, breaded, deep fried, and covered in gravy. It sucks. Steak wasn't meant to be treated like this. It's an abomination.
