Have you ever tried one?

It's not my preferred way of eating a taco either, but it's still good.

So I guess elote is out of the question.

I don't even know what that is.

Roast an ear of corn, then put the kernels in a styrofoam cup. Mix in mayo or sour cream, chili powder, shredded cheese, salt, and a little bit of lemon or lime juice then sell it from a stationary truck to the Mexican pedestrians milling about near N. Main and Airline Drive. Watch the cash roll in.

Well that's a lot better than just eating it yourself.

Was it you or E.H. Ruddock that first posted about this last year? It still sounds delicious.

I have tried one. I didn't hate it but I'd rather get something else.

I actually agree. It's one of the few foods that I think is disgusting.

Yeah, disgusting is an apt description.

I have a very hard time eating what amounts to seasoned spoonfuls of mayo or sour cream.

How much mayo is in it though? I don't like large amounts either, but I suppose you're at the whim of whoever is preparing it. I'd be interested in making myself but with a controlled amount of mayo.

I'm not sure a connection with you in this thread is a connection I'm comfortable making, Pete.

In a spoiler because I get sick looking at it.

Let's hope not. I really don't like sour cream. It has to be blended in thoroughly and only make up about 20% of what it's with.
