I would recommend, for a couple of weeks, looking for any excuse to use the kitchen gadget. Wake up one day, look at it, and say, Ive got a lot to do today, i'll just pick up a bottle of OJ at the gas station. Possibly blame it on how its " a pain in the ass to clean"

wait 4 months and put it in a cabinet.

Pretty much any fruit juice is going to have a bunch of sugar.

:? Fruit = sugar, winded. Any juice you make from fruit is going to have a lot of sugar.

If I were a different kind of poster I might make a Simpsons reference right about now.

Apples (1)
Carrots (3-5)
Celery (2 good stalks)
Spinach (Couple big handfuls)
Garlic (2 small cloves)
Romaine Lettuce (I do one head of romaine)
Cucumber (1)

This comes out nice. The apple and carrots give it a nice flavor, and the rest makes it green. Sometimes I add watermelon (with the rinds) and it tastes sweeter while doubling (at least) the amount of juice. Or you can add water.

Don't do oranges or grapefruits, etc... Something about your body not being able to properly process fruit and veggie juice simultaneously (except for apples).

Soft stuff just clogs the juicer (bananas, tomatoes, berries, etc...)

24-30oz, I think. It would depend on the juicer. This gets expensive, so if you don't mind watermelon, buy a small one. It'll double the output and the rinds are really good for you. I've also heard that wheat grass is great for juicing but it's hard to find around here. I've never tried it.

yeah my idea is to find a concoction that i can make a batch of and have a glass every morning after my workout. in time, my health issues will vanish and I will become immortal.

Not too impressive. Jogging stairs until i feel like i'm going to throw up, then walk back round the long way. repeat for a while.
