I find it pretty disconcerting that someone who knows the struggles of people with Type 2 Diabetes would proudly pimp foods designed to exacerbation the disease, but I'm not really sure how to feel about the whole thing.

The simplistic "moderation" message she's putting out there makes me wonder if she learned anything in diabetic school. Moderation is a good start, but not enough to manage the disease.
