So I discovered a wild raspberry bush in the back yard over the summer and picked probably 2 cups worth, then froze them.
The problem is I don't really have any simple recipes for using them in and I'd hate to see them go to waste.

help me out here, kids.

kthx

where the hell is doug rr? I bet he'd have a recipe, except, of course, it'd involve dropping a few grand, flying to Milan for the right ingredients, and running into someone famous he's pals with on his way to go surfing in Maui along the way...

but hell, I'm down with that if the recipe's good enough.

Raspberry sauce is probably the easiest and the best. I like using the wild ones for a sauce for good ol' vanilla ice cream. Get thodes recipe, I'm sure it's delicious.

Raspberry enema. It's all the rage in Milan.

I have a good cheese cake recipe- what do you suggest- just top it with the berries? make a sauce? if the latter- you have a recipe for the sauce?

I don't know what that is

I'm also too lazy to google it, I mean, honestly I could have used google in the first place but what fun would that be as compared to the rollicking laugh fest this thread has turned into... I ask you?
