It's great in an omelet or simply on a cracker.

I went to a hole in the wall bagel shop today, and I must say that bagel with lox that I had last week spoiled me. This time when I ordered a sesame bagel with lox, I got some cream cheese mixed with cured salmon. It was good, but not what I expected.

Haha, I go to that bagel shop at least twice a week now, and always get that lox spread.

Does pastrami ever belong on a bagel?
